Cold pressed organic grapeseed oil

Organic cold-pressed grape seed oil is produced from organically grown grapes from our own winery – from the heart of the vineyard to your kitchen. After pressing the grapes, the seeds are carefully separated, gently dried under controlled conditions, and then cold-pressed. The entire process – from seed separation to the final pressing of the oil – takes place on our farm, allowing us full control over every stage of production.

This ensures complete traceability from grape to bottle, careful quality control, and precise monitoring of drying and pressing temperatures, preserving all the valuable characteristics of cold-pressed oil. Every drop reflects our knowledge, dedication, and respect for nature – quality we supervise ourselves.

Thanks to its natural composition, grape seed oil is stable and long-lasting when stored properly. It is characterized by a light texture and a delicate, pleasantly fruity aroma that does not overpower dishes but elegantly enhances and enriches them.

Storage
Store in a cool, dark place. After opening, reseal the bottle tightly.

With a high smoke point of 216°C (421°F), the oil is exceptionally versatile and suitable for baking and cooking, preparing sauces and marinades, as well as dressing salads and cold dishes. It enhances meals with a subtle fruity note and pairs beautifully with cheeses, poultry, meat, and fish.
